LOS ANGELES (October 13, 2025) - The National Independent Soccer Association officially returns with the 2025 NISA Pro Cup Tournament, set for Oct. 13-21 at Michigan Stars Sports Center (65665 Powell Road, Washington, MI 48095).
The group stage begins Monday, Oct. 13, continues on Wednesday, Oct. 15 and ends on Friday, Oct. 17. The semifinal round will be played on Sunday, Oct. 19, followed by the final on Tuesday, Oct. 21st.
All matches will be broadcast live on the National Soccer Network on Roku TV, YouTube, and NISA+.
Let’s take a look at the eight teams in the Cup, each eager to take home the hardware and the bragging rights.
LOS ANGELES FORCE
A force to be reckoned with against most any opponent, L.A. Force defeated Irvine Zeta FC 3-2 in a thrilling penalty shootout after a highly contested 1-1 draw to claim the 2024 NISA Championship. Founded in 2015 as FC Golden State Force in the Southwest Premier League, the Long Beach, CA-based club includes L.A. Force 2, a member of NISA Nation since 2021 and the winner of five Southwest Region Championships. Most recently, L.A. Force 2 defeated Sin City FC 5-0 to claim the NISA Nation West Region Championship at Rio Hondo College Soccer Stadium in Whittier, CA, on Saturday, Aug. 23. The Force also are winner of fourth consecutive West Region Championships in the NISA Independent Cup, and will look to continue its winning ways in the 2025 Pro Cup.

CAPO FC
Coming back with a vengeance after an impressive spring season in NISA Nation where the club placed second in the Coast Region, Capo FC returns to pro competition this week. A third-place finisher in the Western Conference behind NISA Championship finalists Irvine Zeta FC and LA Force durig its debut season, the San Juan Capistrano, CA-based club was founded as a youth club in 2006 and has continued to expand ever since, fielding teams in the Southwest Premier League, United Premier Soccer League (UPSL), USL League Two, and NISA Nation, and even competing for the first time in the USL W-League this summer. Capo FC is the club onthe cusp of national notoriety as returns to NISA to compete for the 2025 Pro Cup.

MODESTO CITY FC
Modesto City FC is ready to make a statement. Founded in 2019 as Modesto, CA's first elite amateur club, Modesto City FC has played in multiple leagues, including the NorCal Premier League, the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL), the Southwest Premier League, and NISA Nation. The club also participated in the 2022 and 2023 editions of the NISA Independent Cup and has played in the qualifying rounds of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup. With plans to expand into Southern California, Modesto City FC is proving its mettle in recruiting and developing players, and looks to showcase its prowess by competing for the 2025 Pro Cup.

SIN CITY FC
Sin City FC has put its cards on the table in order to compete in this tournament. Founded in 2024, the North Las Vegas, NV-based finished first during its inaugural Spring Season, topping the Southwest Region with 33 points and advancing to West Region Championship match before losing to L.A. Force 2. Sin City FC is led by its owner and manager Gennette Martinez, a 25-year coaching veteran who had previously guided youth sides to five different Nevada State Cup titles. She led now-defunct Las Vegas Legends to the 2023 NISA Nation National Championship final and a runner-up finish to champions NoVa FC, and will be at the helm at the 2025 Pro Cup.

PEAK XI FC
With roots going back to the early 2000s when the original team was created from a team named "Il Pastaio" with many of its players working at a revered Boulder Italian Restaurant, Peak XI FC is ready to cook. The club rebranded in 2010, becoming the Boulder Rollin' Greens FC, and played in the Boulder Soccer League (BSL). That team would go on to win the BSL in the spring and fall seasons of 2013 before rebranding again in 2014 to FC Boulder and winning the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) Colorado Conference Championship in 2018. Now based in Superior, CO since 2020, Peak XI FC has seen success in winning the Mountain Premier League East Division title in 2022 and 2024. The club also participated in the 2022 and 2023 editions of the NISA Independent Cup. Peak XI FC also participated in the 2023 and 2024 editions of the NISA Nation National Championship Finals. Having recently participated in its debut season in The League for Clubs and claiming the Mountain Premier Conference Championship, Peak XI FC is ready to compete in the 2025 Pro Cup.

NORTHERN COLORADO HAILSTORM FC
The Windsor, CO-based club was founded in 2022 and spent its first three seasons in USL League One. The club improved drastically over its three seasons, going from a 7th-place finish in its debut season to making the playoffs in 2023 and 2024. NOCO Hailstorm FC also has had strong runs in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, winning five matches in three editions of the tournament. The victories include two huge upsets over Colorado Switchbacks FC (USL Championship) and Real Salt Lake (MLS). Winners of the 2024 USL Jägermeister Cup - the club's first major trophy - Hailstorm recently competed in the inaugural season of The League for Clubs Mountain Premier Conference and is ready to transfer its success to the 2025 Pro Cup.

ARKANSAS WOLVES FC
The Benton, AR-based club was founded in 2019 and has three teams that compete at different levels. The men’s first team competes in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL), while the men’s second team is a U-23 academy team participating in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL). Arkansas Wolves FC also has a women's team that competes in two leagues, the UPSL Women's Division and the UWS Division 1. Arkansas Wolves FC qualified for the NPSL playoffs in 2022, and won the UPSL AR-OK Conference Championship in 2022 before advanced to the quarterfinals of the UPSL National Playoffs. Working to reignite its championship hunger, Arkansas Wolves FC will be on the hunt in the 2025 Pro Cup.

The Washington D.C.-based club was founded in 2016, starting as a futsal team competing in USSF competitions. With a central vision to bring the heart, soul, and flair of Brazilian soccer to the Washington D.C. area, that vision has become a reality and in 2023 team secured a triple crown in the UPSL DMV Conference, winning the DMV Division, the DMV Group Stage, and the DMV Conference title. In addition to their success as a team, the club has created a platform to effectively develop talent for the next level of soccer. DC Hyper prides itself on three foundational components for competing, including technical perfection, attacking-minded soccer, and a relentless approach to player development. DC Hyper is ready to showcase its style at the 2025 Pro Cup.
